DK Cole Company is a privately owned search firm in the Western Suburbs. We conduct searches for accounting and finance professionals and all C-Level positions in a diverse group of industries. We also have a very strong niche in construction operations management professionals. The firm was founded in 2006 by a senior recruiting professional with a long history in both national and privately held search operations.

You would be working for the President who is good at getting business but needs a high level of support from the candidate side. The firm owner has high standards for ethics, integrity and performance in all business endeavors.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary mission of this position is to support the President with any and all research, recruiting, screening and administrative functions required to obtain the right candidates to close contingency and modified retained searches.
Ideal candidate will have strong self-discipline and self-management skill, high level of work ethic and a very high sense of urgency.

? Developing relationships with candidates in our niche areas through various means, including cold calls, linkedin and other social media
? Screening resumes of active job seekers against search criteria
? Solid interviewing skills
? Candidate phone and skype screening
? Prospective candidate research
? Candidate promotional writing and resume prep
? Leverage social media for candidate generation
? Recruiting calls by phone
? Maintain calendar of appointments
? Manage all candidate communication and scheduling
? Candidate reference, verification and background checks

QUALIFICATIONS:

? Minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting
? VERY Strong grammar and punctuation skills
? High sense of urgency
? Boolean internet search skills
? Telephone and internet research skills
? Experience with social media tools
? Positive outlook
? Business acumen
? Some college preferred
? Ability to work from home
? Ability to interview employed candidates outside of normal work hours
? Ability to work from home

Will consider candidates who wish to work on a project basis as well as candidates looking for a consistent position.
